triple-a has the right idea. Reporting people that are stealing or "stealing" others art work, however, I think that they are going about it the wrong way... I'm going to quote their site:

Unfortunately, if the person in question does not respond within three days we will have to do everything we can to get them to take the pictures down. This does include flaming, not always the best idea, but still.
Also as with the case of *JamieDavenport some real peoples work will be examined. In her case, she is a truely great artist but was inspected because she is almost unbelievably good, she has been put on a safe list, to stop this from happening again.

I find this completely offencive. Someone's art was good So she MUST have been copying. God forbid someone actualy be GOOD at art (and she was, i looked). Oh, and if they don't take it down, don't report them to Deviant art, just flame them.
I agree with saying: "Hey, the rules are here. I would apreciate if you didn't use my images with out permission. Please take them down." I can understand telling them later on, that if they do not remove it you will report them. However, once this is done, and it's still NOT taken down, they should be reported. Screw being an ass about it. AGH!
